The Road Hog Athletic Club is a not-for-profit, multi-sport athletic club based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. We have evolved into a loosely affiliated group of individuals who are primarily interested in endurance sports --- running, cycling, triathlon, swimming, etc. For many years the club enjoyed a formal structure with a Board of Directors and By-laws. We learned that our structure got in the way of what we liked to do best --- have fun through athletic participation. The club is now linked by our passion for sport and for supporting each other.

Above is our mascot Wickie. He's a cross between a warthog, wild boar, and pig...oops I mean Hog! We acquired our club's name after a Saturday morning group run at a favorite local park. There were quite a few of us running down the road in a pack, and a motorist described us as "hogging the whole road," so here we are... The Road Hogs!
